About Pawan Araballi

I’m Director of Engineering at Stellarus, building scalable technology for health plans. Previously, I spent seven years at Rally Health and Optum, most recently leading Conversational AI and Payments. My work spans distributed systems, generative AI, real-time data infrastructure, and the engineering teams that bring them to production. Outside my day role, I advise Nela, an AI-powered real estate investment platform, and invest in early-stage companies through Betta Capital. I’m also developing Betta Capital Experiment, an experimental software project.
